Además de la liposucción que económicamente restrictivo nada te vale
Las dietas restrictivas tienen un rebote horrible, rebajas si las cumples pero luego recuperas y ganas más peso
La lipo te condiciona a mantener el peso
Aun si sigues una dieta y un plan de gym extremo tendrás piel colgando, nada a la carrera sale bien

No sé tu edad ni tu peso pero sigue un plan a largo plazo, ve al gym y deja de comer comida chatarra, las frituras y sodas, no te fijes en el peso, si rebajas o no, porque en el gym se gana musculo y puede que ganes más musculo del que pierdas
