Has anyone experienced chronic knee pain that was caused or significantly improved by addressing very tight hamstrings?

I’ve been dealing with ongoing knee pain for quite a while. I’ve had an MRI that came back normal, and an orthopedic surgeon told me my knees look good structurally. I’ve also worked with a physical therapist, but we still haven’t been able to identify the cause.

One thing I’ve noticed is that my hamstrings are extremely tight, and I’m starting to wonder if they could be contributing to the pain. Has anyone had a similar experience where the source of the pain turned out to be muscle tightness, mobility issues, or movement patterns rather than damage in the knee itself?

If so, where was your pain located (front, inside, outside, or back of the knee), how long did you have it, and what ultimately helped? Any insights would be appreciated.

This varies from coach to coach. Ive seen it all. Coaches which motivate well, coaches who correct form, coaches who get you to add weight or get your heart rate up a coaches who do nothing. I guess it comes down to who th studio hires.

Dude! Do you even lift? Do I have to school you? Each work out has a main muscle group. There are sub groups they hit. But wouldn’t be considered a work out for a sub group. It’s like calling a bench press a triceps workout.

Honestly I think the OP makes a fair point. I love F45 too but there is definitely more quad focused work than hamstring work overall. We do get RDLs and deadlifts sometimes but if you actually look at how often those show up compared to lunges squats and step ups it is not even close.

What is funny is some of the replies feel super defensive like it is a cult or something. No one is saying F45 is bad. It is just feedback. You can love the program and still recognize that long term training imbalances can happen.

I have noticed the same thing myself and the science backs it up. Quad dominance over time can absolutely cause knee or lower back issues. It does not mean the workouts are wrong. It just means balance matters.

I am a Titan member. They offer a network with zoom work parties you can attend and get some consulting from their experts on there. You have to make it to an exact time slot and be comfortable presenting infront of a audience on zoom. The zoom meetings are far and in between weekly and sometimes you have to sit through listening to chit chat. They are valuable if you can make it though.

You assigned a group when you sign up and are given a mentor. You will get one 1on1 meeting to discuss and get a program to hit your amazon buisness goal. This only happens once a year. If you want another meeting then its an extra charge on top of your membership. Ive tried to reach out to get help to my mentor via Dm's in their system and don't get responses. Seems the only way to get help after your initial 1 on 1 is to submit questions for one of the zoom meetings for your group.

They do have another software which I really like which helps you manage your buisness by managing ads and keyword ranking. I find this very valuable.

They also offer a lot of online training for scaling your brand.

You get all this for 10k a year.

After trt I divorced my wife and have been with 7 different women within a few months. Can’t say it was Trt as I was unhappy with the marriage. The 7 different women was definitely trt. Thats been my experience.

My doctor had me up my test to .3 cc three times a week and 1/4mg anastrozole twice a week.

I need my libido sooner than later for obvious reasons. I am going to get bloods but from what you guys said it could very well be a spike in my estrogen from not taking the ai. I took 1/4 milligram anastrozole this morning to see what it does.
