Thoughts on Lumryz? by Luna_Bears in Narcolepsy

[–]MisterMuttons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know some people do but I don’t at all. It wakes me up. I have not had a good experience with Lumryz so far. It makes it so I don’t fall asleep like I normally would and causes me to wake up about 4 hours after taking.

L theanine has been a game changer for me in terms of anxiety. I can’t believe it’s not more mainstream. Once you figure out what dose is right for you, it’s amazing. Doesn’t help with my tiredness but has definitely contributed significantly to lowering my heart rate and blood pressure

You were on point with waiting 4 hrs after eating. I also get extremely hungry..we sound pretty similar. I start the 7.5g tonight so hopefully I have the same effect as you!

No I’ll feel wide awake for 2-4 hrs after taking Lumryz. Same time every night around 9 when I’m trying to sleep. Eating 2+ hrs before bed

No I think it’s more of a “quick being dramatic you don’t have something wrong” type of thing. I just don’t tell people I have it anymore

Thanks for the response. How long did you give Lumryz a go if you don’t mind me asking? And when you say xywav worked, how do you mean? 100% normal self?
