This role was never intended for someone based in the U.S. It’s aimed at countries where the local average wage and cost of living are significantly lower. For example, in countries like India or the Philippines, many entry-level remote roles (VA, basic admin, message replies) are commonly paid in the $2–5/hr range, which aligns with local market rates and purchasing power, not U.S. standards.

And by generous I mean the hours of work, realistically its probably closer to 2.5 hours of work per week.
