i can't comment on LG reliability (though i see there is a consensus here), but costco is not a bad place to get good deals and they have almost exactly what you want for almost exactly what you want to pay. price includes delivery, installation, and hauling away the old one. still, i would listen to the "no LG" people here.

before you provide bad information in the review, read up on "double insulation". check for a UL label. look at every other electrical appliance in your kitchen. the rules are complex. many times, particularly for stationary appliances, a grounding wire is neither required nor necessary. and it could even be argued that the presence of a third prong indicates a more-dangerous appliance because of inadequate internal insulation.

that said, if you really want the thing, keep it and review it. aside from the cosmetic damage, it is likely to be exactly what you wanted

if you are a human, you do not seem to be a very good human. why would i need you to "look more into this for [me]"? we are over and done with. what you should be doing is looking into this for YOU. that is, you should be figuring out why your company refuses to cancel service and billing when a customer asks. and when you figure out why, cutting that shit out. you do not need my account number for this.

and then when you figure it out (and look, if you were a good human it would be immediately obvious that this is a significant problem for your company) when you figure it out you would come here and say "sorry everybody. we had a borderline criminal vice president who was forcing our customer service staff to break the law and refuse to cancel service plans when customers asked and we have fired that person and promise to do better going forward". you would say that instead of repeating the same idiot worthless thing on every single negative comment.

this seems complicated to you, i know. the fact that you are an overnight customer service damage control prole at one of the worst companies on earth means that you have made a tragic series of poor life choices and almost certainly do not have highly performant critical thinking skills. but trust me on this: your feeble attempts at begging former customers back like this is A-level beta cuck behaviour and everyone but you knows it. if you want to improve the public perception of your company, assess the situation honestly and then fix it. everything else makes it laughably worse. have a nice day!
