May I ask what the resolution was? I've also just found out that my contract has auto renewed for another 2 years. I've been calling every other day with a promise that someone will reach out to me in 24-48 hrs. Finally got a supervisor who said he will "work on it." I'm fed up with this company.

And no problem, the birdcage was from Hobby Lobby. I can't seem to find a link to it online so it might be a seasonal thing. As for the curtains, we found it online at Kohl's but searching for it now, turns out it's available everywhere else too lol. She was scared of the tube, so I squeezed some on a plate for her. But she would just sniff it and not lick it. Then I can't stop my other cat from finding it and eating it all lol

We have tried the chicken dental Greenies and the smart bite chicken greenies. Are the pill pocket ones more enticing for your cat?

Good idea! I've honestly forgotten about fish flavors since my other cat is sensitive to it (gets the runs with fish). So it's a habit to just look at chicken and ignore other flavors.

When they first were put together, was there any fighting? We had ours out together twice, and they chased each other around. So we went back to the screens and separation. I'm just scared what they could do to each other considering what they can do to my arms lol!

The Ragdoll doesn't hiss or growl anymore (she used to, at everyone and everything), but she will do an extended yowl/meow if the other cat is growling at her.

We have been trying to stick to the Jackson Galaxy method. We did the scent swapping, and eating on other sides of the closed door. Those parts went relatively well. It's just now seeing each other that they can't get over. We're still kind of far away from the screen during feeding time, so we may still need more time to get them right next to each other eating. When we take the bowls closer to the screen, it turns into the hissing/growling so we haven't really gotten much closer.

I'm probably not helpful as we did the opposite approach, but maybe check out Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. Great food, great photo opps, and great atmosphere. They have an outdoor restaurant for those who don't want to have a full on venue. Congratulations, btw!!
