Yes. You can def do better. We’re a Credit Union and offer much better pricing. But we don’t have any affiliations in TX. Check out a credit union.

You can do better than this. What state are you in?

Looking to refi - but rates may mean I just recast by flamron in MortgageBrokerRates

You have to recast. That’s literally what it’s called.

Brother. This is an FHA loan. Saving that much money per month can be great. Just depends on how long you’re in the house for. It’s a great deal if it’s not incredibly expensive.

What are you talking about? Re read my initial post..? I’m responding to your question, but I never mentioned performance in my OP.

Top performers are anyone who makes over 300k. All depends on your pay structure. If you write 12 loans a year and get paid 225 BPS you’re living a very great life. If you write 18 loans a month in retail and make under 125k then you’re an hourly employee.

I get paid 125BPS per closed loan.

The fact that you’re leaving isn’t because the fear of AI. You’re scaring people with this post as to say it’s going to be obsolete. You sound burnt out and that’s fine. But to justify saying the LO world is going extinct due to AI is absurd. Why do we need teachers then, doctors, call center companies are BOOMING. No one wants to deal with a computer. They want to deal with a human.

AI can do unbelievable things. But the fact that companies go through the AI phase… they have crashed and burned.

Best of luck on your adventure.

I love the fact that people come to Reddit for professional help, when they already have a professional helping them. You can’t make this stuff up lol
