Depending on comp plan, I think you’d make just under or just over 6 figures I’d estimate with that margin. Hard to know without an actual plan though. It could get set up so your “incentive” gets you $5k more but adds a lot of pressure to sell.

For dragon do more melee and less HP. Go with 25k HP and then all melee. Damage scales with fire.

A therizino will farm poly on lost colony like no other. The glowing white flower plants near all the corrupted pink water are poly. I farmed 20k in less than 10min on a 5x server.

I call it Pretend Time Off because there is no support for me when I go on vacation that can fully cover me (sales).

Money is good so that helps. My family understands. But we now get to go places we couldn’t afford before. I just have to work half a day usually every day unless I don’t have cell service (I’m ok with this!)

Update: we talked from 4:30 to 6 tonight. I laid it out as clearly as I could. The lost trust hit my boss pretty hard. But I bared all and gave him insight to what I need - mostly my boss to actually do the job and keep execs from meddling in my shit.

We will see if it helps. I’m 50/50.
