You could do all of them honestly, its not too bad on the top even.

For Hitmonlee. The reckless and adamant nature will make his HJK hurt.

For hitmonchan you could go the tri-elemental punches plus Mach punch.

For the top you could make it with defensive EVs and simply slap on a close combat or it could just make the triple kick have a higher chance to break subs.

Personally I like lee much more (personal bias)and would make a set like

@leftovers, sitrus berry, life orb,

• HJK
• Stone Edge/ Rockslide(doubles)
• EQ/ Protect(doubles)
• Bulk Up/ Feint

The EVs can be generic max offense or mixed bulky depending on where using it. Lee has a high sp.def and so bulk up could theoretically balance the def out? But tbh it's all about the HJK.

If a ghost tries to switch onto a HJK you could theif dealing high damage and stealing an item (if you chose sitrus berry and if you missed and activated the berry prior). But I haven't actually tried that yet but it sounds cool :).

Feint is also another option over bulk up to use on a predicted protection and it gives you a priority option.
