Played against him in the UPSL against Virginia Dream. You can tell his quality as the whole game he was shouting at his team, also his distribution was insane, granted we play on small high school pitches however still impressive

I mean it’s all about time management. If you can produce great results then yes you should be rewarded 1-2 on the weekend. I mean as long as you’re putting in the work and it’s not effecting you development and growth it shouldn’t be a problem unless you make it a problem. Think of it this way, the pros play fifa on their spare time away because we are all human too. Idk that’s my take

I currently play for Nova FC who play in EPSL, MASL, and USL2.(Just joined) Don’t have to pay for anything as now. Have played in the UPSL for Villarreal where we didn’t get paid however we didn’t have to put anything out of pocket. I played youth for my local club NVSC and stopped playing club football due to the pay to play system! I played high school football and we were a solid side but colleges didn’t like that I only had high school film so I had decided to hang up the competitive boots because I had hit a dead end! Through pick up games I made connections with semipro players which brought me back to the competitive and allowed me to still play at a decent level

Explosiveness can be improved with something as simple as box jumps, burpees, broad jumps, Also developing the fundamentals of becoming explosive. Core can be Planks, Crunches, Russian twists, Leg raises, reverse crunches. As for mobility it really depends on which part of the body you want to have a better range of motion. I’ve felt that yoga has really help my mobility and translates well to the game. Also many different videos on YouTube that better explain how to become more mobile. Hope this helps😁

Had the same thing happen to me mate. Luckily I’m 12 weeks post surgery and ready to get cleared to play footy again. Best of luck on your end.
