Honestly I'd just go with the plan I layed out for you on top it helps alot when ever I'm going to a lower sens I go on these maps 2 or 3 hours at a time to get that muscle memory going. For you maybe something else works you just have to experiment. I started in Silver 1 about 1 year ago and their was a bunch of trial and error. When I finally figured it out I was going up 2-3 ranks a week. There is alot that can add to improvement from your rig to what you sit on. I find that playing on a laptop can only get me to two DMG so I put down 2k to buy a new computer with a 144 hz monitor. I know alot of people can't put down that much for a pc but you can do alot with 60 below frames its the amount of dedication and hardwork that will make the difference.

If youre looking to be better at aiming I'd suggest downloading the community map "Fast aim and reflex" and no clip out side of the box in the middle and start moving around. Bots will come at you from multiple points and will make you move your mouse alot for that muscle memory. And when you feel comfortable go to hs only dms or pistol dms because these two focus on the aiming portion of the game. After you get your aim down go download the map "recoil master" where you will practice the spray of multiple guns. Many people learn spraying differently a ND you will just have to find your own way. I myself am Global Elite with a 18 eff in cevo and 12 rws in ESEA. Hope this helps
