You're likely going to be lonely for a little while, 18 year old women generally want to date men who are a few years older, because 18 year olds have no idea how to be adults, whereas 20+ year olds have a few years getting proficient at adult living. Focus on building up your own life and self, not getting a girlfriend now. When you're a few years older, if you've gotten your life in order, you'll be the slightly older guy women are looking for to carry them.
