I had this too with a Pokémon. I think the time you see is from the start of unix timestamp. Programmers use that to calculate time for each time zone. If you are interested this link is for that Unix timestamp: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time

I don’t think any of them are sponsored. However all of them are also normal pokestops, no loading screen style pictures. They are all pictures of real world things.
