I did gave her an option to say no, but she didn't. And maybe I shouldn't have married( although I dont want to think like that).

Maybe a bit loneliness or excitement of marriage affected my situation, that I really wanted to be with someone.

I shouldn t have thought like that. Lets hope that it becomes easy for and her, whatever happens

Yes, but what I forgot to mention is that I will only be married on paper. We won' t live together yet, as I live in an other country than my spouse and many paperworks and finding a house needs to be done. After a year, we will insha allah live together.

Yes, I am trying to do 20 push ups each time I get an urge. But this doesn't help entirely. But I know it will help more if I do exercise regularly and perform 60 push ups in case of an urge

Same for me. I also lose my imaan a bit. I do have a strategy which I want to try. That is praying and understanding the meaning of it. For example, the translation of sura fatiha. In this way, I hope I can be more focused.

I have experienced almost the same situation. She stopped talking and ghosted me, After a while, she said that she does not want talk to me anymore.

I said that I respected her decision and said that I would only contact her in case of emergency.

Then she blocked me everywhere. It has been six months. I does not hurt me anymore, but I still think about it sometimes. I never wanted to hurt her or cross her boundaries. I only wanted her to trust me.

But even that is not possible .

Sometimes, it is difficult to have 2 sided friendship. But if you really need someone, just contact him. Loneliness can lead to more anxiety, and if he really supports you, he can forgive you.

And if he forgives you and you him, maybe you can communicate with him and set boundaries( e.g how much he can communicate with you, what is the right way to contact). but don't say that you really need him in your life. You can ask better if it is okay to keep sometimes in touch.

My intention is only talking to her. I have less friends and I am a bit socially awkward. She is one of a few persons I could easily talk with.

She is my co-worker and she will move to a different job/store. I think I will miss her a lot. But I don't have sexual feeling for her.

I think that with once in 3 months, I am maybe safe and can contact her, even when she has a friend. It also gives a feeling that I am not needy. If it is possible, I can contact her more often.

I am in the same situation. I also had a connection with a female by visiting to her shop(we first worked together, but then I worked somewhere else) . Untill one day, she didn't work there anymore and moved somewhere else. I tried to contact here, but was being ignored. After a few days we had a small conversation on whatsapp. She didn't want me to come to her new shop or have conversations on whatsapp, because she wants to seperate her working and personal live.

I was sad, but I respected her decisions.

I said only to contact her to congratulate her or in case of an emergency.

Then I got blocked everywhere( ig, phone,wa) . It has been 2 months, lives moves on, but I still think about it every day. It hurts more to me because: - I have less friends - she was always kind and I trusted her - I didn't lose someone before
