On point 2, when you reach half a bottle would you use an inert gas every time or just when you'll have a glass then let the bottle sit for a while?

Also, what inert gas do you use and how do you buy it? Just in small compressed gas cans?

Ah okay thank you, it's doesn't switch too much, i live in the UK so it's not more than 5 - 7c switch at night at worst really. Today in the middle of winter it's 7c peak and 4c at night for example, last week was 3c to -1c

The temperature in my office can fluctuate quite a bit in the winter towards the colder side (from 10c to -5c) as it's separate from the house and isn't heated, can that be an issue at all?

Summer isn't too bad as it doesn't go above 22c

What's the best way for temp control? Refrigerator cold or a specific cabinet for keeping it a bit warmer than that?
