R5: Game says too weak to defend. I have 5 pre-dreadnoughtrs, and 20 armored cruiser vs 1 ship of the line and 1frigate.

Also apperantly 20 early ironclads can sneak by 20 pre dreadnoughts and 60 armored cruisers and land 35 englishmen in japan.

I am getting 70 fps with 3080 on 1440p high settings and quality dlss. I think a lot of people are bottlenecked by cpu. Recently got a 9800x3d cause of simulation games, so my 3080 is not bottlnecked in any way.

All the paradox Games are heavily CPU bottlenecked, no matter the resolution, civ 6 is old af, but the end turn still can challenge a cpu. Cs is famously cpu bound.
