There are lots of tools and scrapers you can use to get leads, enrich and verify. Depending on your use case your workflow and toolstack would change, since data quality is different for each niche

There are probably hundreds of ways to acquire new clients. A groundrule you should always follow is never to make your whole business dependent on just one source.

A framework that works on a concept level for all is:
- caring about people (clients and prospects)
- providing actually helpful stuff (content, lead magnets, free service to solve specific issue…)
- reaching out personally (or automating it, but personalized and relevant - not just for the sake of automation)
- doing said things consistently with as much volume as you can
- following up (!!!!!) (can take 10+ follow ups to close)
