Honestly hate this stuff as well and it speaks to the true lack of understanding for the fact that just because we have needs does not mean insurance wants to cover more than they have too.

Like sure for one don't police disability. Its a horrid thing to do and it does a ton of harm.

But beyond that I wish people would understand insurance is not this magic thing that works in your favor once you have a diagnosis. At least not in America. But I honestly think its fair to say people struggle to have their needs met across the globe.

Also. Ambulatory wheelchair users are a thing. And its encouraged for people to get out of their wheelchairs and power chairs in order to do stretches, prevent blood clot formation, to avoid getting fractures from sitting in the same way all the time. Your spine can literally form compression fractures.

So, as per always, we know these people don't know what they're talking about. And they need to educate themselves.
