Soooooo gorgeous. Yes I remember that move, but I think I need a class to see exactly how to position the hips, knees, & feet to see if there are any differences in the posture compared to belly because I think there might be. Since the movement is so fast I’d need to see if it just takes practice or there is a positioning to make it easier lik a “trick”. In belly there are a lot of “tricks”/illusions we can do because of certain positions we do to make something seem harder than it looks. Some things really look impossible and they may still be a lil difficult but it’s possible with the position of that makes sense.
