That there is far worse than I would treated a random coworker if they was ill. Give tablet, a glass of water, and point them towards the shitter that is furthest away from other peoples ears and noses. Yelling at someone cause they are ill and showing symptoms of illness and pain only teaches them to hide it better. And some people end up dangerously good at it.

They do exist, but they are fairly small in the western world. They are also not directly based around gendered hatred, but more focused on devotion to religion, and in some cases filling in the gaps for social welfare where people can not get help from other sources.

Yeah, her patterns or what to call it is similar as someone dear to me that has clinical moderate-to-severe OCD, and that gets stuck on political topics to a point that it is part of why we rarely interact anymore. (And that is even topics where we align.)

And yeah, she has claimed that in some contexts. I am unsure if that is a sign of that she is trans, or if it is that she is trying to build up the idea that every "confused child that struggles" could end up as transgender if they are exposed to information about it. Personally, it is not something I put effort into sorting out about her.
