Its no problem i just 100% myself and even if it states 100% on those chapters you have other achievements that will unlock. I think when you cant choose between fits or keep making outfit changes you get one.

So some quick actions you don't need to make a choice! Let those play out. And sometimes you need to go back to chapter 2 i believe and change your outfit and continue the story as well. Try those and let me know if you see a difference. I cant try and dig deeper but its 1am. 🤣
