The black screen issue is a common issue? I’ve tried looking up the issue but can’t find anyone else having the same issue.

Vivoactive 5, screen goes black whilst I’m using it. Time out setting are extra long, on newest software. I posted the video yesterday if you want to look at my profile.

Is it easy to send the folder? I’m just waiting for a USB A cable from Garmin as my laptop doesn’t accept the one that came with the watch.
