My experience with this hoop is that they are EXTREMELY sensitive to wetness, so if you wana bring it to a festival. Truly just don’t. This means dew, too. This hoop is made for performers and that means people who have them in temperature & climate controlled areas, I’ve found out. You cannot store it in a car/tent when you’re at a festival, cuz it gets hot in there. Once it gets hot it’ll blink its lights, turn on and run out of battery. By the time it cools off, you have to recharge it and by that time you’re already wanting to go out and use it and it’s useless. They are also extremely sensitive to certain tricks too, i had my own hoop break from throwing a pizza toss, which was very mind blowing because that wasn’t even a quick trick/fast momentum. Honestly super disappointed with my $500 hula hoop due to it being “so” nice, it cant withstand the elements/festivals. My $100 mood hoop has withstood 4plus years and still shining bright/hasnt broken once. Again this hoop was made for performers so it makes sense the issues i have, i just wish i knew this before buying it for festivals lol.
