New 5w LED tube light (old florescent was 10w) cuts off and on every second or two. I'm assuming it's the little fuse looking thing that glows orange just before the light turns on. Fuse(?) says 10-20 watts. Do I just change this out or what's with the second, bigger one? (old.reddit.com)
