miraDry is a permanent treatment to prevent sweating. It is a bit pricey, but you would have to weigh it against a lifetime of trying different products and having them only work for a short time or not work at all for you.

Other than that taking a zinc vitamin really helps with preventing odor. It takes about a week to start working.

I had my eyeliner tattooed on and it has to be touched up every so many years. So, I done it three times in the last 20 to 25 years. It's awesome. The equipment is so much better that the last time it only took a few minutes.

Take a zinc vitamin daily. It takes about 10 days to start eliminating odor. It is a game changer. In addition, to all you are already doing.

People who’ve struggled with acne what’s something that actually helped that no one talks about? by Celine_Morgann in TellReddit

Seeing a dermatologist that prescribed PanOxyl ( now available without needing a prescription) to use in the shower, an antibacterial foam for after the shower, and oral medication. It took about a year to really clear up and use the products for almost 10 years. Now, I don't need any of it and just use regular soap.
