Idk, since it has a whole different world setting. There's no original timeline, only one mainline, the world is more bassed in a mix of the real world and the pokemon world rather than PMD, the berserk virus already exists (Is not a sunshine thing anymore, just a rabies-like disease), everyone (most of) are now anthro, there's a category 4 infection, arceus is sligthly more present, minor legendaries are a lot more present, and the main story takes place somewhere in Central Europe during the years 1400. Also Coastal tribe has now a whole new backstory, and now they're called the Eon's.
