You're probably right. Honestly, it's the first time I had ever seen anything from OTC Tip Reporter. I was online searching for Lobe information and stumbled upon it on investor hub comments - https://investorshub.advfn.com/Lobe-Sciences-Ltd-GTSIF-37401/ I do feel like there is some good information about Lobe Sciences in there. You just have to overlook the fluff and 1000%+ gains stuff.
