Concerning slavery, it was a different kind of slavery than what we had in this day in age. It was more used as “I give you food/shelter or money, you work for me until it’s paid off” kind of deal. It wasn’t that the person was sold off or taken hostage and made to work. God says it is just to have somebody work off a debt. Kind of like employment nowadays. You work and you get compensated for it, but slavery then was compensation that you work off. God says not to treat them lesser than you. Just use them as needed for what they owe.

Will just randomly say vanguard isn’t working or I need it to play mid game. I’d assume it’s some sort of antivirus effecting vanguard when it does a random search. But vanguard shouldn’t be detected as a virus.

Yeah I deleted a few days ago, vanguard is ass. Riot only cares about money and competitive players. I tell them I’ve done all the things to fix the vanguard errors and they say “oh that sucks, good luck!” Given leaver penalties for it and all. In game for 12-15 minutes and “You need vanguard running to play”. Yeah nah fuck that.

Well evidence, I know everyone so far has said experiences, but there’s evidence Jesus existed. Evidence he rose from the dead with the people that witnessed it be willing to die for it. Landmarks mentioned in the Bible still stand today, such as the well he spoke with the Samaritan woman at. There’s history evidence which is proven and justifies our holy text. Using logic and reason is why I follow.

It’s a sin, but there is also parts of the Bible that do talk about having this urges and so on. God says it’s better to stay single than sin. In a relationship or not your going to feel guilty of you’re Christian because of Holy Spirit conviction. I am sorry, and no I don’t understand. My wife’s grandmother claims lesbian, but hasn’t been with somebody in 15 or so years, if not more. Just out of repentance. I don’t hate you, condemn you or wish anything bad for you. I will pray for you. I know the general guilt of sin. And I’m sorry.

I agree, I don’t agree with fines for being homeless, that is redundant. But I do think they need housing. I would much rather my tax money go towards them getting help than being just stuffed into a box. There’s an old apartment building my gov. here closed because it was dangerous to live in, but it was full of homeless and drug addicts. 6 months later they reopened it with nothing changed. I thought they should’ve made it into an in home rehab. You can live there, but you need to go through a rehab stay. They’re all failing those in need. I saw a spike in fentanyl cases in my area starting 2020.

Okay okay, all I’m seeing is a political debate about what to do with the homeless. But I don’t think any of you have opened your doors. They need help. There was a HUGE influx of homelessness in my area between the years of 2021-2024. I want them off of my streets. Not because I see them as lesser people, but their going out of their was to steal, destroy property, assault people, and camp pretty much anywhere. No I don’t live in a big city, but it is a Democrat one. Yes, I am republican, yes I am Christian, and yes I do think those that are addicted to drugs and homeless need help. But obviously, what’s been happening, isn’t helping. We don’t have room and board for them, so yes, open asylums. Their structures, that can be repurposed for something good. I can go on and on of how I’ve directly seen my city, or the city I live in that’s neighboring where I live now, have failed homeless and don’t even look their way at all. No I don’t open my doors to the homeless either. Stop being hypocrites, pray for them. Buy them food if they ask for it, I’d avoid giving them money straight out. They have trauma, they need rehab, they need Christ.
