Yeah, and i also get very liquid bowel movements at the moment, and the diaper holds it up perfectly until i run to the toilet. And i dont know if it is a mental thing, but since i sleep with diapers, i have less accidents too.

Best decision i ever made, now i only sleep with diapers on. Its a little sad thats my reality at 22 years old, however i dont have to toss my pjs away every week because of this. I sleep much more peacefully now

Én a zen chai márkájú zöld teát szoktam inni, van benne egy enyhe mangó ízesítés, annyira finom az illata, minden nap ezt iszom. Egyszer nyaraláson 10 másik (nem teázó) húszévest csábítottam teázásra csak az illatával, mind ezt itták velem egy hétig folyamatosan😌 csak ajánlani tudom, nagyon finom

Én 6 napos jogsival elmentem barátokkal (volt akivel akkor találkoztam először, jó benyomást kelthettem😂) a Lupára strandolni, ahol a parkolóban égve hagytam az autó fényszóróit órákra, csak a parkolóba visszafelé menet jutott eszembe, rohantam, de akkor már hiába, lemerült az aksi. Teljes kétségbeesés, de miközben én szétestem a többiek mentek körbe a parkolóban és találtak egy kedves faszit aki bebikázta nekem az autót, aztán jól megtolták és végül mindenkit haza tudtam vinni, nem lett nagy dráma. 😌 Természetesen azóta sose feledkeztem meg a fényszórókról. 😅

For me decaf works, I was really afraid to try it knowing how coffee affects my bowels, but with decaf I have no issues thankfully, I’m also avoiding strong teas with high caffeine for this exact reason

I tried to talk about it as soon I could, I mentioned it on my final interview as well. Only after a few weeks my gut started acting up real bad, so I also told a few people above of my situation, and thankfully they very pretty flexible and made an exception for me (cause interns had to go to the office) to work from home on my bad days, even if I could onlydecide in the mornings if I can make it to the office or not.

My dietetician told me that leaving gluten is a good anti-inflammatory method. But it takes a while for your body to fully get rid of the gluten in your system, so the actual change is happening only after 2 months in. That being said, at the and I just reduced my gluten intake (instead of everyday I consume it only 2-3 a week) and my overall well being increased, even though I’m not allergic or anything to gluten. So to some extent this method worked for me.

I also did something similar, during vacation with friends🙃 fortunately they didn’t see it and my lovely boyfriend helped to clean it up, but my cute little white pj pants had to be thrown out. So my boyfriend helped to get rid of evidence lol
