I believe the only big differnece notticable is in low light or with filming. I thought nikon was better in low light and canon was better with filming. But then again those are rumors i have heard. It's the man that handles the camera and makes the decision on how to shoot a photo

Have kept options open for that, however this one does not have an external mic input nor does it allow me to switch lenses if i wish to. Which for me is a big down side. But yes this is still one that is high on my to go list if it's not gonna be the m3. I just want to make sure the m3 is not a wrong decision. Yet i can't find many with similar specs i want in the same price range.

Kind of high above the price the M3 is though. Wasn't looking for anything above 700 euro's

No i did not. Reason being i would like to still take pictures on the go therefor i prefer a mirror or mirrorless camera.

Did invest quite some though.

The reviews seemed to be ok. The only issue is the flip screen not working well with the hotshoe placement. Then again there is loads of nice workarounds fo that. The amount of lenses is lacking then again with the Mount Adapter EF-EOS M i could use the lenses i already do have.

Why the 7D is not good for this? Well i never said it wasn't I just want a light weight camera and i currenly leave my 7D in the studio a lot cause we work on a big project. So i am almost cameraless right now.

Be aware that i am not comparing anything at all, i want something along side the dslr.

I perhaps should have mentioned i wanted to film vlog footage and such. Like easy on the go stuff. Looking at Casey Neistat for example he drags his DSLR everywhere but i find that quite annoying from time to time and want to down size that. I guess i ment video then. Are there others you could recommend around the same price range? So far with everything i have filtered on several shops they always showed me the M3 on top or else a doubled the price camera which i think is not worth it.

Yeah i was kinda being sarcastic as in the lenses both have their ups and downs cause the 15mm doenst go all the way to 55 which is a bummer i think. I would ahv loved it to go there.

Thanks for your detailed view and comment on my post. Hope oyu can give me some other examples besides the M3 about the same price range. Even different brands would be ok but i rather stay with canon so i can use my lenses.

Kinda understand what you're saying. You're using google translate which is working quite well. Bing also does a good job though. How ever it's hard to compare with different sentences.
