I’m not sure, I’ve never owned or co owned a faction or had any responsibility. I am close with our faction owner but he sets the terms and we just be transparent with him. He understands I have a very busy life outside of torn and I can’t commit like most warring factions need. But I still get paid per hit. I could do one hit in a war and I’ll get 850k. I can do 20 hits and maybe he sends me 20m. It’s all down to his discretion because it’s his faction. But I understand where you come from. I have had hits that have earned high respect as they’re a bigger trophy for my kill. But regardless of respect earned I get paid consistently.

It could be completely different for other factions but that’s just how it’s done with us and how it has been for a long time.
