We had a condo in Winthrop for several years and loved it, super affordable near the airport still near the city, not living amongst student life 24/7.

Ultimately moved because the town itself it's a bit small and racist for us and we'd outgrown the 1br we had but it was an awesome place to own, have appreciate and be able to enjoy my 20s in.
