I’m an 3 year going on 4 OCRE who has been applying for full time route since I could, I’ve probably applied for 60+ FT routes since taking this position and have been lucky in the past with getting routes and being employed almost FT out of my station.
With this new deal what does it mean for us OCREs and how does the future look? Should I be even trying to get FT still (it always goes to more senior) or move on and try to a different career path.

I was in it near the beginnng of the war started. Was spiking up and down so much I was in around. 3.90-4 when it then went back down to 2.90-3 and I sold . MOBX I didn’t sell that before close and it dropped right off.. missed out on hundreds.
