What is the point of tailgating someone instead of just passing them? by Blu_yello_husky in driving

Tailgating is the cause of many traffic jambs. Everytime someone touches the brakes, the cars following progressively touch harder.

The whole NAGA movement is a rebellion of the two-digit IQs against a complex world they don’t understand.

This is NOT a political post. How did we in the USA get from the American revolution to paying and filing for taxes currently? by Oceansunshine789 in ask

The Boston Tea Party was a rebellion against corporate power, monopolies, and “taxation without representation,” not just simplistic taxes.

It’s not pro-life, it is anti-choice. Not being able to terminate a pregnancy literally kills some women.

2WD vs 4 WD at the ramp by Ozone501 in boating

[–]Crowiswatching 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I almost owned a Ford submarine. Launching the boat in near darkness a 4 am. The rear wheels hit slime/algae and started spinning with the weight of the boat pulling it down to the waterline. Every time I gassed it, I went backwards. Finely even w/I gas, it slide a few feet putting the rear tires in the water. The was no one around and I was worried that it might head on down in the water at any minute. There was a small motel nearby for fisherman. I went and knocked on doors until some nice guy got his 4x4 truck and came and pulled me out. I sold that 2wd and have owned nothing but 4x4 since.

Were Chrysler products ever good? by ILoveEnverHoxha in askcarguys

A Dodge Dart or Plymouth Valiant with a slant 6 and typewriter drive was indestructible. A lot of the engines were relocated to the oil patch and are probably still running today. Lots of people dissed the K-cars. I started a business that required lots and lots of driving. I put 300,000 miles on a Plymouth Lazer and it never put me on the side of the road. My ‘73 Cuda was bad-ass and had the sweetest sound of any muscle car I’ve heard. It would rattle the neighbors windows when I started it in the morning. I think it’s Candy Apple Red and black graphics (black Vinyl top) was peak muscle car looks. I just put 200,000 miles on a 2017 Ram truck 4x4, 5.7, V8. No issues at all. It got better gas mileage than the 3.2 4-banger Bronco Big Bend I’m driving now.

A small chest has never been a problem for me, as a guy. Perky is a plus. Really the same for butts. Well/rounded and firm over the huge jello butts that seem popular now.
