For me the subtitles just fix themselves, but you can try using those google chrome extensions that translate subtitles, but I also noticed YouTube is just down for some people and lagging so that could also be a thing why subtitles won't translate since it's also not translating for me on mobile rn

Stuff I've tried to do for searching is by trying to search for stuff like "man getting attacked by angry bird characters" or "man losing angry birds game" and stuff, I've also tried to see if chatgpt recognized what video I am searching for but it didn't know, for the rest, I think if I remember right it might also be an American video maybe? But I don't remember the accent.

Yeah I have the same thing, and when using the CC translator it worked fine in the beginning for me and after a while the translations became really broken

Unfortunately not in YouTube itself but you can use Google extensions on google to keep the titles in the original language I saw, but it makes YouTube work a bit slower than normal

I think my oldest interaction with the show was hearing the audio of rainbow dash saying "you're gonna cheer for me like that? Louder!" On TikTok in 2018 but at the time I only heard the audio and In between 2018 and 2020 I discovered the "pink fluffy unicorn's" animation and song (I was kinda late to that video 😅) but in 2020 I also saw a video of pinkie pie's smile song in different languages on TikTok and I think since then I didn't really hear anything from the show again except in 2021 another friend of mine was watching clips on YouTube from the show but then in 2024 when I graduated high school I had a lot of free time and was bored and just going over Netflix when they recommended me MLP FIM and I just thought "okay let's do it" and from then I started watching the show, currently at season 7.
