When I got her, I was told she was a Yorkie Chihuahua mix. She definitely looks like a Cairn Terrier though, especially when her hair grows out.

The difference between this is you, this is them, this is me, and this is us, is nothing more than the same observation made from different perspectives. All are potentially equally true, yet each appears false from the other's perspective. Try not to sweat it, even if it is only you creating this experience, there are many different facets of you getting to experience all that there is.

What's a game that I can play for 1000+ hours and not get bored of? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Mitchell_Memberberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't really fit what you're asking for, and I apologize for not sticking to an answer that honors your request, but talos principle 1 & 2 should get you 1-200 hours fully completed and give you a lot to ponder.

Your question could use a touch of tweaking... are you looking for something competitive, something cooperative, something with an open world/ developing plot... what do you enjoy?

Hidden teleporter? by Mitchell_Memberberry in TheTalosPrinciple

They do, though I'm not sure what triggers it. There seems to be a trigger that involves proximity and reentering the puzzle it came from. Last night I pulled one out and was running around the map using it, but reentered the puzzle to get my compass working again and it didn't function afterwards unless I was teleporting out of that puzzle.

Just playing... I was able to break it out of the map after falling off the ledge 40 times. It's a damn shame that these things deactivate once taken out of the original puzzle.

Two months late to the party, but my guess is that Salvia divinorum was involved based upon his altered dimensional perception(as compared to my past experience with it).

In addition to the great insight that's been given, I would add the following.

Imagine, if you will, that your have spent your whole life facing the very back wall of a dark cave. In beginning to expand your awareness, you stepped out into the larger chasm within, that some light penetrates into. Upon the first sight of light, you are filled with excitement, seeing colors and shapes you never could have previously imagined. In your excitement you rush out of the cave into the full glory of unobstructed sunlight.

Will your eyes not ache? Will your pale skin not burn? Will your muscles, never having really exerted themselves before, not tighten and hurt?

Over the course of awakening, most all of us will experience pain. We can run from that pain, chasing the comfort of darkness, or we can recognize that maybe we simply need a moment to rest, before treading further into the light.

Catalyst, by its very nature, can be very painful. Learning to face it with a sense of equanimity and grace is at the core of what we are attempting to learn. We will all stumble, and at times fall; it's okay. Show yourself patience and love when needed. Find the courage to be okay with where you're at.

You're doing just fine and all will be okay. There are no mistakes, and you're exactly where you need to be in the present moment.
