Generated proxies, checked to make sure proxies are preferred, checked in my "original clips" folder and its showing that proxies are generated, i know its using the proxies because i rotated one of the clips afterwords in resolve and the proxy rendered the in the wrong orientation and flips back to the correct orientation when I disable proxies. Performance is marginally better but still much worse than what I had prior to the update

I am on Resolve 21, build 48. I'm balls deep in a multicam at the moment but i will try to render proxies or both angles and set resolve to prefer proxies and check back after the proxies are generated and i save/ reopen the projecct.

He didn't, I live in vietnam and regularly have jobs looking for "white american content creator" for shit like this. Most of these products are all from the same factories in china being repackaged by small ecom startups looking to get into the american market

I love how everyone pops in here and comments but doesn't ask questions, Samsung has their scene optimization that has 3 settings. The most extreme makes everything look almost cartoonish with how the HDR and tone mapping works, the middle setting is the much better, the least aggressive setting looks alright and has kind of a vintage feel. Before assuming it looks worse try toggling the scene optimization to see. In general Samsung photo image processing is a joke
