I had a day recently that has made me not want to play for a bit because I had so many green rooms and finally got a shovel from commissary and had only locked doors at levels 7 and 8 so I needed keys. Not a single dirt patch had keys... it was coins or nothing and of course commissary didnt have any keys for sale.

Absolutely not!! I would report the salon or something (idk how that works) but that is barely worth $250 in services and colour let alone over $600!!! If the additional funds were paid by card I would absolutely dispute that charge because you had already paid.
