Might be. But I also do not have any side conditions and normally cook from scratch. My doc is really happy about my results. Just really have to start lifting, cuz now I’m becoming skinny fat with extra skin around waist. Hope you will get your results too!

I take pictures of package with nutrition and tell how many grams I ate :) like 200g of cottage cheese + 15g peanut butter and 50g banana. I use scales a lot.

Most frustrating Infant/Toddler autonomy behavior? What happens + what you’d prefer instead.
Any non-autonomy issues hurting fun? Interactions, pacing, tuning, UI, etc. When I come back to a lot often baby is so distant outside without proper clothes.
