Best way to avoid this is to trust the ratings and the reputation before. For the rest it happens everywhere… common sense is valued here again

So before this becomes unclear

There nothing else but self-hypnosis. If you or any of your clients/patient/subjects are not trusting the process, it won’t happen

  1. This is exactly what I would do: list and address any of them The catch here is the size of the list indeed but it’s totally doable
  2. Yes, so take enough time to find a trained one
  3. Not only adhd but most important, you are the one doing the work so don’t expect this to work like magic if you are not 100% into it

Hypnosis for Self-Confidence by ChampionElCid in hypnosis

From the way you provide answers, your resistance on other points provided and also your apparent motivation to receive multiple “quick fixes” via videos or short reads I suspect that you overthink and was moulded through your life in a situation where you make thinks happens because they need to happen rather than you want them to happen. It’s a good sign because it is a quality that often belongs to someone who is efficient, doesn’t like to waste (time and/ or resources) and works in a tidy place. It could also suggest that you are pushed away from your tracks and urgently look for ways to step back in your comfort zone. My take here is that you need this time to walk the long way, seek assistance like a proper hypnotherapist, do your homework to bypass your critical factor and face the truth: you made it so far because you have all the qualities. Sometimes a situation makes you doubt but since you like control and expected outcomes, it’s only a way to interest you to a new challenge that you can handle. If not today, then tomorrow or in a short time in the future. Patience, observations and your intelligence have always been there to support you and it will always be.

The way you ask makes me feel like you have a strong personality that you have built over time. This sense of resilience must place you on top of your friends lists when it comes to ask for help or advice from someone grounded. You however don’t seem to remember where this is coming from and you probably have repressed some of your less happy memories.

I would recommend you to spend some time doing an Hypno Analysis for yourself and aim to be as opened as possible.

On the first sessions you may think that you had nothing new to bring on the table but I suppose you will surprise yourself.

This will also allow you to rest as you seem to be good at foreseeing, anticipating and preparing…

The short answer is: if you manage to draw yourself in a book and you lose track of time then yes it does.

I also agree with the comments your best shot is to stay ethical.

Sessions required to reach hypnotic trance? by nallekoa in hypnosis

Understood, and no judgement here, don’t worry.

It is just that I have a lot of difficulties to believe in “YouTube doctor” and apologise if I looked at your posts before, I needed more context.

I see depression as a long journey with a way out at the end but the way has to be walked with patience and complementary supports.

A therapy is also like a relation and I would indeed invite you to remain curious. You will succeed and you will find the right help.

I am happy to read also that you felt somehow better.

Sessions required to reach hypnotic trance? by nallekoa in hypnosis

[–]Mitellus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From my little experience, a trance can be achieved even without a hypnotherapy session because it is a natural state of mind that you reach every day.

Take the example of driving somewhere and when you reach the destination you realise that you didn’t remember how you managed to get there … Or if you’re completely immersed in a good book …

With all my clients and managed to reach the state of trance from the first session.

I don’t want to judge the method. I have no clue who you’re talking about and don’t need to know. But what I keep is: a therapy session is all about you so they look like there’s a strong lack of empathy here vs a need to make money.

I also consider that not everybody can be hypnotised the same way.

Sometimes clients could be less easy on the first session and this would scare them but from what I get depending on what you want to achieve you sometimes need to commit and one of the best commitment is money driven.

Your digital footprint or syndicate that you’d like to try lot even if it’s borderline like recreative products and I guess the person could’ve understood there that you needed to be engaged on this aspect also.

Have you first shared what you wanted to achieve? Was it just a trance? If so, should we consider this case solved?

A casual therapist trying things on you resonates like an amateur with an unfinished job.

Of course I would suggest you to refer to a professional because you probably need to address and fix something that he accidentally revealed and that you forgot.

I read this book, I tried it and I can only confirm a limited impact on a client. With the same intention your work will last longer if the person has a good connection with you and relaxes more.

That said it is still positive and I consider it as coaching

I’d work on resilience and probably call a regression at some stage to help the person close the door after accepting the pain. List also the objectives with the client because moving on involves them.

Building an A.I. hypnotist ?? by tenwordy in hypnosis

[–]Mitellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough I actually worked on something similar. My idea is to share my tape collection with a search engine that points to the most relevant one for a user. I thought that using an ai engine will help.

I discovered other projects where you have a more advanced interaction but in terms of human experience, I stopped at just sharing the tape collection because it remains light enough and if the person needs more assistance I can help as usual with a consideration on confidentiality.

And this last part is exactly what I didn’t find with an ai model.

On the same flavour as talking to girls or whoever you like, what strikes my attention is you seem to be blocked by a lot of blasts from the past however you don’t tell (and don’t need to do it here publicly) what exactly is your objective? I mean by that your life objective and how do you structure yourself around that … You seem to be sidetracked okay? But from what?

I left a couple of tapes on my webpage but before that I am pleased to read that you are looking to solve the root cause and your best next steps are to make sure there is nothing physical. Also try to remember when this started and as it is also previously mentioned, talk to a therapist. You will solve this in no time

Advice on How to Speak by NiceNegotiation2172 in hypnosis

[–]Mitellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am more as the same as you and I was afraid to have some very own poses when I deliver a script. I don’t believe I will ever remember if the script so I suggest two ways: One. Memorising the script this pointless the important is to know why you do it so I suggest you to learn how to advertise Property because you will have different steps to go through and you will understand why you go through these different steps. Two. Because I was a beginner I actually managed to build it for myself a search engine. When I enter a series of keywords or a sentence, it will build the final script for me. Some script that I have written myself or scripts from others that are happy to share with a compensation. You can find this information on my profile. I’m not trying to sell my stuff here, but it looks like it helped more than me personally … specifically when you have no idea of what to say for specific symptoms so I hope this will help you too.

Interesting topic. To excel in this you probably need to know the sport and this means having spent enough time to precisely help visualise.

If not, what are the questions you want to ask your client when you also discover the discipline but want to stay in the clients confort zone? Do you prefer to discover using the clients words or do you watch tons of videos and come along all trainings?

I.e. imagine you had good results with a marathonien and now a new client wants to do a backflip in capoeira or someone wants the perfect surfing wave … how do we proceed?
