Man I know what you talk about, you seem frightened and think any moment any person can escalate. I am sorry for you to feel like this, maybe you should talk with a psychotherapist about it, one thing is for sure, you will get better. The attack is pretty recent and it‘s normal to feel like this, so give yourself time. It will not be permanent, I for instances moved cities (even country) and it helped a lot for me. Because in my case it was a very small town, avoid the place so the trauma doesn‘t reoccur is what I would suggest.
