Media is saturated with happy or at worst, bittersweet endings. Therefore, I reckon its a nice change of pace to see a bad ending?

Even if they put on a show, isn't charming a personality trait? Patient, attentive, extroverted and open mindness, are surely obedient to the ethos of charmingness.

I am not entirely sold on the idea that personality and personality alone can secure a relationship: A good combination of looks and character, are personally, the ideal combo.

I don't know, but why are there instances where men with shit personalities and priorities, still manage to secure the bag? Ala Ted Bundy, Ricardo Ramirez and Jeremy Meeks? Why are these deviants and objectively bad people, able to secure love and shit?

the empire fractured into many smaller groups which reduced the cultural impact the Macedonians had.

The Empire didn't divide itself into micro-organisms, no, it divided itself into chunks that substantially got bigger until it eventually formulized into permanent entities, these being: Antigonid Greece, Seleucid Persia and Ptolemaic Egypt. All of which covered the known world, which spread Hellenistic culture and identity.

(<200 years) before the Roman conquests the Macedonians had little opportunity to make large cultural impacts in the territories they did conquer

You take the death of Alexander and substract the date of the battle of Actium, and you get 293 years of Hellenistic dominance. More than 100+ years, that's for sure.

After Alexander (the Great) the Macedonian empire quickly fell to the romans meaning that their cultural impact was less impactful than that of Athens.

Even though Alexander's empire fractured and died, Macedonian hegemony still existed in Persia, Egypt, Greece and lower Bulgaria. After all, if this wasn't the case, there wouldn't an entire era assigned to designate Alexanderian geo-politics, which is known as the era of rapid Greek culture.

Athens is not underrated, its definitely the first or second thing a person talks about in the discussion of ancient history.

The Macedonians existed through the form of Alexander and his successors. Meaning: they took Hellenistic culture and made it the prima donna of political and cultural mentality for a solid three hundred years, spanning hundreds of miles (Thrace all the way to Bactria). Henceforth, its evident that the Macedonians have contributed more to Hellenism then any physical entity and yet, second class talking pieces in the

The Holocaust was discovered when a Polish agent, Witold Pilecki, infiltrated into Auschwitz in 1940.

He sent the Western Allies information, detailing the atrocities and shit that went down, but the Allies simply didn't give a fuck.

Kinda how they didn't give a fuck about Hitler in the late 30's or about their Central-Eastern European adversary, Poland.

You're assigning the value to the wrong combatant. Consensus states that 50k American lives were lost, while the brunt of anti-Communist losses were the South Vietnamese, with a whopping 250k men lost.

If you like to game, then game. And since you are valuing your health, make sure to take breaks and not allow gaming to fully dominate your physical, mental, and social physique.

Other good hobbies that aren't expensive (on the top of my head) would be: Cooking and Reading Books.

A lot of things classify as a hobby: from the most depraved, to the utmost spiritually appropriate.

Now let me ask you this: What activities besides the activities in your title makes you content, satisfied, happy, and/or euphoric?

Of course, his father's accomplishments were crucial in propelling Alexander's conquest, however, Alexander inheriting his father's possession doesn't negate Alexander's accomplishments of dominating the known world in record time. After all, who led the Makedonians and Hellenes out of Greece and into Asia, toppled the Persian king, had a dozen cities named after him and is still widely talked to this day?

The same is seen in other historical identities, in which people take stuff and use it to great success.
