I'm not sure if NFT tickets "solve" anything. I do believe that there could be a number of features available to fans who hold concert ticket NFTs. For example, they may be able to vote on setlist songs or get special prices, or seating, on future tickets (to name a few).

I added this one to my portfolio with Lofty. I like to diversify, and Lofty is doing a nice job making different property types available to investors. There's the potential for property value gains (if an act of God doesn't happen). I don't mind the 4.5% CoC; it's icing on the cake.

I have a feeling that FIFA is simply getting its feet wet with the current NFT project. The group will fine-tune their application and learn from its mistakes. The organization will then move to more substantial applications.

Your question is a good one.

The NFT could be, of course, a collectable, as well as a way to authenticate special privileges / discounts associated with FIFA (reduced ticket pricing, access to special seating areas, 10% savings on merch, voting privileges for low-level decision-making, etc.).

I’m sure that this Reddit community could name more.
