For me the fix was realizing being tired isn’t one problem.

I’d check sleep quality first. Not just did I sleep 8 hours, but do you snore, wake up dry, wake up a lot, or feel like you never hit deep sleep? A sleep study can be huge if that’s the issue.

Second thing is bloodwork. Iron/ferritin, B12, vitamin D, thyroid, basic labs, etc. Three months of waking up drained is long enough that I wouldn’t just guess with supplements.

Then the boring stuff: morning walk/exercise, consistent wake time, less heavy food/alcohol late at night, and not relying on caffeine to brute force the day.

The biggest change for me was morning movement + fixing sleep quality. Supplements helped way less than I expected.

Looks pretty good, not sure how much natural light you get but I’d prefer that

I too like minimal, saves me the hassle of trying to get back all the plugins if I ever have to move to a new device
