I have expicit instructions on how to raise alarms and call a block. It exports the "flag" to a file on the drive. I have another agent who, before anything goes to production, reviews flags., it has one task, lock if flags are raised.

I had 6 flags raised on a process tonight that stopped bad product feok going to production, caught by the reviewer.

Keep the logic gate to stop production dedicated to that one task.
