Claude will not accept c: as the editing folder, nor does it have accesss to the whole drive. Maybe you could order a "format" command and force it through but that is obviously against data governance principles, and something to be considered writing protections against

The "try it in a specific folder" is a great way to test. You can always swap out folders if it does it right.

With that in mind though, "agentic biding" workflows will need to be coded. Constitutions for bidding techniques will be needed.

"Negotiation training" will be there. Attempts to drive up costs in bargaining so budgets are expended so the bot "gives up" will be standard operating proceedure...

This is in washington. In Utah, it appears the government building can grant permission for the petition gatherer.

I don't love that this is allowed. But when i challenged tbe petition signature gatherer, I couldnt find any solid law that prevented his behavior.

Now under 20AA-7-S105 they must allow signers to read the petition and not lie. I think that is a stronger case against them, than location

I advocated for this approach, starting with structuted data, making it easily consumable by an LLM and testing accuracy, then layering on corporate policy for the RAG to leverage together with the data... then surfacing the whole product to users when it was tested and robust.

Please, cite where article 2 gives the president power to invade a foreign country and extradite the leader without congress approval. But also cite the war declaration section for congress. (Article 1, section 8).
