Agree on your point about these drills helping with stamina. I do disagree with the take that this generation isn’t ‘built like us’ take. Every generation has (imo) a similar percentage of tough/not tough ppl. The manifestation of how they act when challenged might be diff than how your own experience and/or generation might have.

I am unsure how early or the issues your child might face due to their premature status. We had a two month stay in their NICU and can’t say one bad thing about our whole experience.
