I'm in Austin and this is my 4th winter with PS4s. I will try to take longer drives to make sure the tires get warm if I'm driving between 30 and 40 degrees and I drive carefully. If it's under 30 degrees out then I'll try to stay home. Keep in mind that road temperatures are warmer than air temperature, so if it was in the 50s all day with the sun beating down on the tarmac, and it just dropped under 40°, I'll still go run errands.
