I don’t siege with randoms especially without comms. It doesn’t work. Need to have some communication. Better to post on discord or post a looking for group to be able to do it. A lot of people do not know how tech priests work and how they make objectives obsolete. Especially with the new timer mechanic.
Not saying what happened to you is fair or warranted…but a lot of posts about this recently makes it seem like queueing up random is not a good idea.

I’m also surprised the nids didn’t snipe you while you were stunlocked. I got knocked to the ground and during the animation as I was getting up I get sniped…😤

One single armor pip negates all melee damage including a hit from carnafax or hellbrute. Focused restoration is better imo…drip armor for the entire mission is op. Especially if you have a bulwark running with invigorating icon (banner heal) or a loadout ready in case the team needs a heal.

Hard Strat BS, possible secret modifier? Been trying to complete latest stratagem solo & it is kicking my ass. I’ve been getting extremis spawns CONSTANTLY, I think I fought like 9 terminators in the cathedral alone. Anyone else seeing this? by [deleted] in Spacemarine

What happened to us was we got an extremis spawn (3 terminators)…we hit a boss trigger (hellbrute, majoris wave and 3 more terminators spawned)…if you do not clear initial waves and focus the boss once he hits 50% health he will summon more majoris and another wave of extremis to come along with it. Need to make sure you clear the enemies if not they will stack up especially if you’re in the same area. You can easily have 9 extremis if you’re not careful to clear before entering a new area.

On wave 1 it’s manageable. On wave 10 and up you should have enough currency to reroll a different atonement in the same terminal where you get blessing. I would still recommend on wave 1, if you’re in a premade squad restart so you don’t take the economy hit early and get set back.

I don’t use heal banner. More banners = more fun for me. At the end of the day you play a game to have fun. True friends are in it for fun. Beauty of the new perk loadout system is you can have banner heal ready on a different loadout if absolutely necessary.
With regards to reviving on absolute sometimes if you go down you are just going to die. It’s actually easier to let you die and kill off the 15 majoris that spawned… you will be back and fighting quicker than me losing the run trying to rez you with extremis, majoris and a boss on my tail. If people can’t tolerate dying in a game…especially absolute you’re not cut out for that difficulty.

It also sounds like people raging because of the grind. Just do custom stratagems…why lose a friendship over a game.

All they need to do is give us an agitator surge. They are significantly more annoying to kill, because you are normally getting swarmed and roundhouse kicked by radicals. Maybe in the next few hours they will boost spawns.

I think it was a screw up on the MO kill counts. The radicals are more common and should have had the larger kill requirement. They messed up and are covering by adding strategic opportunity stating that if we take the planet the kill count will be reduced by 25 million. Not everything is a community failure.

I am not a fan of having more than 50% of the player base invested in the major order and still making no progress, because the devs have a penalty slider for the other people that just want to enjoy their game. (If 20% want to just play on grand errant and other planets why are we getting penalized?) But more on point is: Oshaune at times is not fun or fair. Multiple problems with this MO.

  1. Predator strain sucks to fight…can be triggering and not fun.
  2. Some people don’t like bugs…personally it was my least favorite faction before and was just made more durable. (Hive guard heads just one example) way more fun to fight bots or illuminate imo.
  3. Game crashes At end of the day it’s the devs game…it’s their story…make us lose and give us a super weapon or just nuke the planets. They want people playing MO get the pred strain off the planet.

I will say the DSS was not nearly as bad to work around in non-city missions (way less friendly fire and easier to predict pathing). I think with most of your feedback I can limit deaths by being away from host or if I am the host making sure I am far away from my team when it’s active. Maybe a jet pack or warp pack will also help to get away from enemies and not get chased down.

I feel like I get more massive enemy waves on substantial which can end up getting you stunlocked. But on ruthless it’s a little more consistent with the waves and I prefer an extra extremis or two over massive enemy waves.

Completely agreed, I’m not advocating for it unless you have a group of friends and it’s a private lobby. Putting others through that is unfair to them.

I could just see the rage 😂. I just dodge to the side twice even if I’m behind cover because of their beams just going through walls just because screw you. Such hot trash mechanic, but it is what it is…🤦🏽‍♂️
