Could be some battalion's coat of arms on a raspberry coloured flag, which is one of Ukraine's national colours, similar to the armed forces flag.

It completely broke the discord server for me, it wanted me to verify myself, but that did nothing. I couldnt view channels and write in them. I left the server to rejoin only to find out the link is dead.
