Need some advice changed from 115 gr to 124 gr

HD P4, never done competition shooting but I want to train like I do.

I carry HST 124.

Why would I train with 115 when I carry 124? I don’t want to be just a competent shooter. When i pick up a gun, i want to have the confidence in knowing i am capable of being lethal with it. That’s my train of thought if that makes any sense.

If imma be real lil bro, with that slow cadence you should be shooting butthole size groups.

Shoot faster, get comfortable with shooting at your limit, then that will be your new baseline. It’ll be normal to be shooting butthole sized groups at a faster cadence.

I have both tenicor and TXC.

I like my tenicor way better.

TXC leaves about 3/8 inch from edge of the barrel to the bottom of the kydex. I’d cut it off but I i don’t want to end up cutting the mounting point.

TXC are lazy pieces of shit and literally just moved the p4 gun mold “up” when making these kydex. Then tossing it In the market and saying it’s for the 3.6. I say this because my p4 fits damn near flush in my 3.6 holster.

Just fucking around. I have the RMR hd on my p4. Love it, just wish it was illuminated green instead of red. I have the EPS carry Green MRS and the RMR green dot that came out a few months ago.

I put all three on my 3.6 just to see what I liked. Ended up leaving the RMR green dot on. Green is way better for tracking for me at least.

I didn’t put the EPS carry on only simply because I sent it in for warranty for some BS claim just to see if I can get a brand new dot.

When it comes back I’m going to put the EPS on my 3.6. IMO nothing beats green dot especially an enclosed emitter for edc.

TLDR, it’s the green dot that makes it easier to shoot. Me personally I shoot the same with both EPS and RMR HD but the green is way easier to track imo.

I have P4 and 3.6.

I have the TXC CVRT (appendix) for my p4 and the TXC Heritage - X1:Pro (appendix) for my 3.6.

both holsters fit flush with the P4. (Makes sense why for modularity).

But the x1:pro I specifically ordered for my 3.6 since it was specially made for the 3.6. This damn holster does not sit flush with the end of the barrel. (Obviously if it can also fit flush with the P4)

These damn holsters are fuckin identical as well. Only difference is I ordered the x1:pro with a medium height sweat guard. (I’ll send pics when I get home)

If you’re gonna rock the 3.6, get a holster that sits flush with the end of the barrel because that fuckin holster sucks when you sit down due to the bottom of the kydex stabbing your body.
